Hi
I became PR in October 2015, after staying one month i returned to India in November 25, 2015.

Again on November 12, 2018, i landed in Canada as i had a full time job offer. But unfortunately due to serious family issues i had to return to India on December 30, 2018. I have joined in the job in Canada and i am on no pay leave right now.

I am planning to return to CANADA on February 25, 2019. As i may fall short of 2years in 5 years, whether i will be allowed to enter CANADA??.Your expert advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks and reg

As a PR you will still be entitled to enter Canada but the chances of being reported leading to your PR status being revoked subject to appeal seem high.

There is no way to predict what might happen even when you came back in November you were border line for at least a secondary inspection given you were right on the 3 years away maximum and really needed to stay put for 2 years from November.

Assuming you still have a valid PR card all you can do is travel back and hope for the best but then plan to stay a minimum of 2 years given each time you leave luck may not be on your side until you meet the RO. Note the initial 2 out of 5 residency obligation starts from initial landing so assume 10/2015 was landing date and not PR card issue date.

Note also only answer questions asked by CBSA do not volunteer information such as telling them how long you have been away unless that specific question is asked.
