If the status shows "COMPLETED" does this mean "passed" ? Looking under Eligibility, Background Check, Medical - all show COMPLETED. Just wondering if this is a positive sign.

So eligibility completed in tracker means passed ? Also after how long did eligibility completion you received ppr?

I don't know if it officially means passed, but in our case it did. We got an approval letter Feb 3rd, so a couple weeks after. We then got the eCOPR Feb 16th after submitting photo and address through the portal. Still waiting for PR card

Update, we got notification that the PR card was mailed 3/18/2023. Photo still in review.
