PR to parents applied in Canada

hello..
This is regarding a query on updating of PR status of parents who applied for PR in Canada..I have file number but when I try to check on this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
It does not provide any details..Is there any other way to check the status of PR application? Thanks

You will need to supply the exact details in that tool, or it will not find a match. Also, the application must have started some degree of processing before it becomes available.

Thanks for your reply..actually I have put the correct details & they have already received request for Medicaid

Thanks for your reply..actually I have put the correct details & they have already received request for Medicals & submitted medical reports from Panel physicians too but still not able to view the application status. Thanks
