I am a Specialist Physician currently practising in Canada and in the process of applying to PR through Canadian Experience Class scheme.
I work as a contractor with a health authority and I am enumerated through OHIP Billing and sessional fees. I spoke to an Immigration Consultant who informed me that I would not be eligible through this scheme because I am a contractor with no T4 slips.
I am just asking if this is true? because most of the overseas doctors working in Canada are essentially contractors! hence not sure how they got there PR approved?
