Hey everyone
I have a doubt if someone can help me!!

my score is 423 currently and recent draws are 481 now!

if i get 50points from Lmia (applying now)
After two monthr approx in June my score would be 470!

BUT IF Draws came below 470 before june this year
Is there any point of LMIA?
Will I receive invitation reaching 470 points and draws will be already down 470
?? Please advise!!

If you can get a LMIA from your employer then go for it. Always best to have the highest score possible.

I think there are two parts here.

First is whether you'll get an ITA at 470. It is always possible. IRCC has proven so many of us right and wrong here. At one point people even believed that there was a conspiracy that IRCC won't let CRS go below 490. So, go for it.

Second part. You'll start getting more points for work exp upon completion of 1 year exp too. Bill C-19 is expected to help inland workers additionally. So, an LMIA would sort of ensure that you are prepared for future and at the same time has a promise of keeping you in Canada for another two years. You'll get an ITA either this year or next that way.

You haven't mentioned your province here, but I'm sure folks here can pitch in with province specific info if you share it too.

I heard a lot of folks are buying LMIA these days. Unless you are on that boat(highly advise against it), LMIA is never a bad option.

I am in Mississauga Ontario!!
Thats why I just wanna make sure
After getting 50 points in June i will be at 470
So i should receive invitation after june even the CRS score ranging 440-or 450
This is possible right?

I'm not sure if I am understanding you right. I'll try again.

If you are getting an LMIA, go for it. There's no guarantee that CRS will drop below 470, but who knows.

There are approximately 60,000+ applicants in pool above 450. It is highly unlikely that the CRS will go down to 450 even by September(or ever, draw size will go down). It won't happen in June or July. Read the data from the last draw to see it: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html

You right now have a chance to be competitive through LMIA and gaining future work experience(additional 30 points for each year exp). If you eliminate that, high chances you'll eliminate your chances of making it happen reliably.

With LMIA, you can also do OINP Employer Job offer stream (if you qualify). I'll reiterate that Bill C-19 is likely to favor LMIAs too. As soon as PNP applications increase (because of the increase in quota), CRS can easily go up again.

In all seriousness, I'd say please go for LMIA. I find your hesitation to do LMIA a bit weird tbh :)
