PR Status

I got my PR status from my dad who was the principal applicant for a skilled worker application and I was a dependent child. My dad has decided to abandon his PR status. I'm just wondering if and how his decision affects me. Do I lose my status as well?

No - you won't lose your status. As long as you meet the PR residency requirement you can keep your status.
