PR Status under PNP employer stream program

I would like to ask if there is a law that you cannot quit the employer who sponsored you for PR? And has a years contract signed.

Can Residency be revoked?

Also is unpaid vacation leave not allowed for pregnant women if the working hours rendered is not sufficient?
