So granting that you once graduated as an international student, currently working & found yourself eligible to apply for permanent residency already (with all the scores),
what are the requirements you need to submit to apply for PR? School credentials from your home country are required, right? How about the previous employment, is it required or local employment would only be needed?

Depends which program you are applying through. Generally yes, those kinds of documents are required. You'll need to research the requirements for the programs you are interested in.
