PR renewel

My PR card had expired in June 2009, it was issued in June 2004. I went to Canada 2 times (spending almost 20 days in total), but I used to work in a canadian company(CRC Sogema) in Lebanon in a project for the Ministry of Finance from June 1999 till May 2005. My question is: Is there a way I can renew my PR card?

Very very very difficult, but still you can give it a try with some logically reasoning if you have.

I don't see how you can renew your PR card. You'll need to apply for PR again from scratch.

In the last five years, you have not lived in Canada for a minimum of 730 days. You also have not been working for a Canadian company outside of Canada for the last five years (the fact you worked for a Canadian company from 1999 to 2005 doesn't make a difference - only the last five years matter).
