Just wanted to confirm, PR renewal documents to be submitted are only imm5644e.pdf , photos and passport copy?

No Depends upon who you are applying for.. I recently did my application and here's what I sent:

1. Photo copy of PR both sides
2. Photo copy of Passport both sides
3. Photo copy of my Visa stamp
4. My kids school records
5. Renewal Fee payment print
6. Form
7. Document Check list - Duly ticked
8. Photos
