So it turned to Decision made about 2~3 weeks ago... I think... at least 2 weeks for sure. Mine was received in January 19th and started processing on April 5th... it's now May 1st... Anybody in similar situation?

Wow! It does take a long time!
I sent mine April 4th and have not yet received email confirmation of anything.
My advice to anyone reading this is to use certified mail. I wish I did.
Thanks for the info desperatepr. I hope someone can give you more information. But I'm sure your husband will get the card this week because they use certified mail. And I understand it's fast.
