Submitted PR renewal form online 110 days ago and it immediately updated its status to "Submitted" at the time.
In the last 3 months, the CIC website has estimated the processing time for PR Card renewals to be 60-90 days, depending on what day you looked. Today it's 62 days, for example.
However, when logging in to the CIC portal, it still lists the application as only "submitted".
Is this within the normal range of error? Is the CIC estimate inaccurate? At what point should I inquire further, if such a thing is even possible?
(I did try directly checking the status on the CIC website as well, but it did not recognize the PR card number, noting that it would only have come up if they'd begun processing, which is appears they have not...)
