Hello,
I am applying for PR renewal card, I have a question regarding statutory declaration...
a. where can i get this?
b. should it be done by some law professional?
c. is there any format for this or place where i can get it?
Also, my PR card has already expired, so should i be mailing my PR card along with the renewal application because in the application guideline on cic website it says " Note. If you receive your new Permanent Resident card by mail, you must destroy your previous card. If you are instructed to attend an interview at a local CIC office to pick up your new card, you must bring your existing card with you, along with the originals of documents included in your application" ...as i read somewhere on this forum that we have to submit the expired pr card along with the application.
Any response regarding this will be appreciated.
Thanks
