pr renewal process

My pr card expires in June 2009. What is the renewal process, including cost, time and documentation?

Application form here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prcard.asp
You need to fill out the forms, pay $50, send pictures and wait approximately 95 days.
