PR Renewal Online - IMM 5444 - In progress

I been stuck in this situation for few weeks now, I even reached out to IRCC support but no avail. My IMM 5444 - Application for a Permanent Resident Card (PR card) (mandatory) is stuck in "In Progress" status even after filling and redoing all info different formats, browsers, cache clearing, removing secondary contact - tried all steps. Any ideas how I can fix this and submit my application?

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I managed to fix mine by using Chrome instead of Safari.

I've just discovered this issue as well.. I'm using Safari. I'll try Chrome. Thanks.

Update: I just tried FireFox as it was already on my computer. After I ran through the form again and re-answered the questions about having any PR issues or removal orders etc, it now shows as Ready To Submit in green.
