PR Renewal Documents Needed

I have a brother and a sister who are both under 18 years of age.

-What are the actual documents needed for minors in renewing the PR card ?

We still lack one of the secondary identity documents since they only have the IMM 5292.
Obviously, they don't have the licence, bcid and college student card.
-Is the health card acceptable as secondary ID?

-Do we have to photocopy ALL the passport pages ? or just the one in front and all w/ the stamps ?

-Do minors need to send a school record ? is a report card would be acceptable ?

you should photocopy their birth cetificate. If it isn't in English you should translate it.you don't have to photocopy all the passport pages but you'd better do that. your passport and your expired PR card, you can photocopy that as secondary ID. you could also photocopy your care card. then they can get more information about you. I just renewal my daughter's PR card, I copied landing paper, passport, care card and expired PR card. I received her PR card very soon. GOOD LUCK!
