PR Renewal Application submitted online but no updates yet!

Hi Everyone,
I submitted my PR renewal application online (Permanent Residence Portal) on 2023/08/27. The status on the website is showing as Submitted with the View option disabled. However, I did not receive any email after submitting my application.

When I'm trying to search my application on the Client Application Status, I don't see any application coming up with my UCI. I tried the same on the IRCC secure account, and I was not able to find any application.

Do I need to receive the AOR before I can find/see my application? If yes, on average how long do I need to wait to receive AOR?

People have mixed experience. It generally took ~30 days to receive the AOR, and some never got it.

I didn’t get AOR and I applied on 5 July.
On the 7 of September I linked my app to my IRCC account and it showed as ‘in progress’ and on Sept 8 it was approved.

I've not received any AOR yet, however when I logged in to my Permanent Residence Portal it's saying Return reason: Incomplete application. There are no links to check what is incomplete. What should I do now? Shall I submit a offline application then? what happens to the payment that I made?

Hello guys, I need your help.
I have received photo request again on dated 26 December 2023, and same was forwarded to the concerned office very next day to Sydney,NS via courier, received on 3rd January 2024. Today, its 25th of January 2024, I have not received any response from them. Please do confirm how long would it take as I need to travel next month.

I received my renewed PR card in the mail on = Jan 12, 2024

When I was still anxious wondering what happened to my PR card renewal application, I came here to check your experiences. It helped a lot to calm my nerves.
And now that finally I got my new card, I would like to say THANKS A MILLION to all for sharing your experience here!

Also want to share my story here. The PR card renew application was submitted online on March 29, 2024, but it only shows "submit". After more than 75 days as posted in the application process time, I called in. Then they told this is normal. and there is no status update in IRCC online submission portal. The status check should be from GCKey. Now I applied GCKey, but no application is found there either. Link is missing. 4 webform has been submitted in the past 2 months. There is only one reply asking for screenshots. Now screenshots are also provided. There is no contact so far. The processing time might be counted in business days instead of calendar days.
the posted is obvious not correct.

There is no AOR, no application number. That is concerning for almost 4 months.

Submitted for PR card online Renewal on 2024 June 27. Upon submission I received an AOR stating that "The Permanent Resident Card process has been initiated for an application linked to your account". After this there is no update till today even after 72 days of submission. While trying to link the new application it shows "No application found" Is any body facing the same issue. What should be the next course of action. Can anybody guide me.

Did anyone else notice the "Application Details" column? For me, that column is blank, and I didn't receive an application number. When I submit a web form, I have no application number to reference my submission. They are not picking up calls lately and it has been 55 days already!

80 days completed after submission. Neither received the Card nor any updates till date.

Hi everyone I was in the same situation as many of you, when I applied online I only received the confirmation that my application has been received after that I didn’t get any email and couldn’t check online to see my application status and was not able to find any application. Today after 2 month and 8 days I received my PR card in the mail, so don’t worry if your application is nowhere to be found online they are working on it.

send in mine and my husbands application online in august
then it kept refusing our pictures finally was able to upload sept 5 for me got my pr card a week later
finally able to do my husbands sept 17 still no pr card
cant find the Application number in the portal
i do have the payment reciept but nothing comes up with that either
