I recently apply to renew my PR card and it was returned to me yesterday due to photo specification. I applied to renew June 2018 an I am just hearing back. At the bottom of the letter it states that Application done 90 days before recieved by immigration needs to be updated and resigned. Does this mean I have to redo my application before sending it to immigration? They did receive it before the 90 days but I’m not sure if they are counting when I am going to resend it as apart of this 90 days.
