I applied my PR in 20th feb 2014 under experience class how much time it will generally take to get PR

Your post is a bit confusing. Do you mean Canadian Experience Class? If so, you can no longer apply to CEC directly - you must apply through Express Entry. Did you apply through Express Entry?

it's written that he/she applied in February 2014. That means that it was under previous rules. No express entry that time.

My mistake! I read it as 2015.
