I applied my PR card last August 2016. Completed all the required documents. Ask CIC last March, they said still working on checking my police clearance. How long does it will take for PR status? I have no dependent. Why it has different processing time to each applicant? Some can have it in 3 months even have dependents. What CIC see in applicant?
