Hi. I'm just a bit confused about the processing times.. Because the time I hear from the people and the time given on CIC website differs. According to their website, it takes 6 months to process while I've heard it takes upto an year or two. What's the correct processing time for PR if applied from Canada. And if somebody applied last year, around oct 2015, how long it would take? Can anyone guide me please?

If you apply PR under Express entry program, citizenship and immigration Canada will process the majority of complete applications (meaning those with all the necessary supporting documents) in six months or less.
For example, in my case the processing time took even less than 3 month for getting PR.
However, there're very rare case that processing time more than 6 months but most case average less than 6 months.
