Well I have no idea, it shows completed on Oct 5th even before my wife given biometrics.

Me and my wife gave Biometrics on 15th Oct 2020, my wife's biometrics are updated and marked as completed. on my profile, I see biometrics number, enrollment & expire info is available but still showing as biometrics not received by IRCC. i am wondering why this is so, is there any action from my end?

Same here as well. I completed biometrics on Oct 14, but when I called up the IRCC agent today, he mentioned, they don't have any update on file regarding biometric. Still wondering what might be the reason.

I called last week. The agent told me the same. My bio is updated in profile but IRCC showed not receive.

Do you have last name on your passport ?

AoR mar 9. Bio exempt and updated as done on Oct 9, 2 ghost update after that, still waiting like everyone here
