PR process in Quebec

Hi,
I have completed my grad in ontario and got a job in montreal in last July.
Can anyone please explain the process of getting PR throgh Quebec immigration?
Because i dont want to leave this job.
what will be the steps?

You need to get csq before PR from Quebec.
For csq - Arrima or Peq are options. Arrima with VJO don't need french B2 or any level as of now, peq with 1 year experience and french B2 is a requirement.

FYI, EE may also be an option for you if you can demonstrate your intention to reside outside Quebec.
