PR Portal Travel History Issue

So I have completed the travel history portion of the PR card renewal, but the "save Table" button will not activate. Has anyone had this issue? If so, what was your solution?

Aren't you tired of all of these crazy issues?!

Have you received your CBSA travel history request, yet? If so...was it worth the trouble?

I have read that shortening the number of characters in the box that asks for location(s) of travel can help. Maybe abbreviate if possible?

Yes we received the CBSA travel history. Took about 3 weeks and they were very simple to order!
At this point the application is easy. The hard part is the glitches that seem to be happening lol

She ended up ordering under the privacy act


She ended up applying under the privacy act. The Access to Information Act wouldn’t work for us. None of our credit cards would work. Hopefully this is correct!

Did she receive entry and exit records for land and air crossings?

Did she receive entry and exit records for land and air crossings?

We used the URL you just provided. We got all entry dates back to the day she landed. Exit dates were only provided back until July 26 2019
