Hi everyone, I received a message on my account about 3 weeks ago asking me to "reply to the e-mail" to get my log in information for the PR Portal. However, you cannot reply directly through your account, and I never received an e-mail to reply to. Nothing in my junk mail either. I've tried contacting CIC through the website, and calling (can't get through to anyone). I'm not sure what to do. How long after receiving this message in your account do you get the e-mail to reply to? Any tips?
