If two people (in Canada applicants) who just got their PR cards- (got on the same week but was approved at different times, both received their PRs based on their individual merits and under different programs)- if they are getting married here in Canada- do they have to let the immigration know or it doesn't matter anymore? Just to make sure everything is all right and won't impact when they finally apply for the citizenship in few years.

Doesn't matter. They don't need to let IRCC know.
