PR online portal confusion

Hi everyone,
I want to renew my PR card. I came across the 'PR portal Online', however I am confused as the instructions guide is talking about a physical application. Can someone please tell me if I can apply for a PR card Renewal online ?

I start the online application today, but I believe it is still buggy, I am not able to submit it, although I have completed all required documents, but the submit button not active... Any idea?

Were you able to put down same day trips? It won’t allowed me log a trip with the same departure and return dates
