PR offered a job with IMF - urgent

I have become a PR in April 2011 and moved to Toronto in December 2012. I am planning to apply for citizenship when I meet the three year requirement. I have been offered a job (3 year contract outside of the US) from IMF. I am aware if I work for a Canadian company outside of Canada I will have no problems. I would appreciate if somebody tell me what the situation with IMF will be. Thanks

Unfortunately your job with the IMF does not qualify as working for a Canadian company outside of Canada. This time will count as time outside of Canada.
