PR name issue

Hi Guys,

I submitted my mom's PR renewal application two years ago and received her card at that time. She has been out of country since then. I recently noted that her name in PR card is incorrect, I think when I submitted her renewal application I put her married name and not her Maiden name which had previously on her first PR card. My question is what I need to do now consider her name on PR card will not match with her name on the passport.
