PR Medical Test - medical condition Hidradenitis suppurativa stage 2 - 3

Hi, Wanted to check if any one went to medicals with HS. I currently have active lesions, but they are not painful. I am maintaining this with AIP diet. I sometimes take antibiotics, when I have a painful lesion during my periods or every day stress. Wanted to see if any experiences and what did you do on the day of medicals..Will I pass the medicals
