PR (master stream pnp based) Update information before AOR

Hi, everyone.

I'm applying to the PR based on the master stream Ontario PNP, not express entry. And I just found out that I made a huge mistake in the application.

I sent the PR application in mid September. PNP is valid until end of December. PRWP will expire in mid February 2017.

I use the credit card as payment method in the application but lost my card 2 weeks ago and got a new one (card info is changed). That means when office staff open my package, it's definitely regarded as NOT completed and will return to me!!!!!! It's just worse cause that may happen in February next year and will beyond deadline of PNP and work permit.

However, I don't have a file number currently (obviously no AOR). Could I use this to update the credit card information? Or some other ways to fix that before they start to look into my application? They don't even has a contact number in the website for these cases.....

I'm so frustrated right now. Any advice is appreciated !

There is no way you can make an update without an AOR. Talk to your bankers. A friend of mine in a similar situation was able to get the bank to issue another credit card with the same number as his previous one. That's the only way out. Otherwise your application will most likely be returned to u if the payment doesn't go through. If that doesn't work, I will advise that you resend your application docs immediately with the payment. Make a prepayment online and add the receipt to be on the safest side.Good luck!
