I'm applying to the PR based on the master stream Ontario PNP, not express entry. And I just found out that I made a huge mistake in the application.
I sent the PR application in mid September. PNP is valid until end of December. PRWP will expire in mid February 2017.
I use the credit card as payment method in the application but lost my card 2 weeks ago and got a new one (card info is changed). That means when office staff open my package, it's definitely regarded as NOT completed and will return to me!!!!!! It's just worse cause that may happen in February next year and will beyond deadline of PNP and work permit.

However, I don't have a file number currently (obviously no AOR). Could I use this to update the credit card information? Or some other ways to fix that before they start to look into my application? They don't even has a contact number in the website for these cases.....
