What country are u from?
Did you come to canada on a tourist visa? When did it expire?
Where is your wife from?
I dont know a lot about refugees but Im sure more information is needed for the people who are able to help you.

If your wife was granted refugee status, she can not lose her status just because the revolution is over(her life could still be in danger) or that she married you(you are a separate individual from her).
I'm not very familiar with family sponsorships but search for threads on here or seek legal advice.
