Hi, I am international student in Canada and I am doing a diploma of 2 year in IT but because of some reason I can complete my diploma after 2 and half year. Is their any problem I have to face when I will apply for PR.

Not sure why you think there should be any problem just due to a course you are attending assuming the whole course is full time. For PR you still need to get that all important Canadian work experience so first you need to focus on getting your PGWP post graduation.
