I am in the process of applying for PR for myself and my family also. I work for private organization in canada since past 2 years, recently I received my inivitation. My wife was a state government employee long time back, due to some personal issues, she left the job by extending her leave for a while and after that stopped sending any communcation. Since past 5 years she is not attending her service. Before that also she been to office for very few months. I am not having any documents or NOC or permission letters. For getting PCC now, what to mention for the question
Have you ever served under the Central / State Government of India? If yes, have you resigned?

We haven't resigned the job but she is out of service for a long period, we need to settle down due to family concerns.
