PR filing for US Born Child

Hi, I am from India and my son was born in USA. Now i am planning to file for PR. Should i include my child in the application and pay fees for him also.
Please help and provide your suggestions

Hi All, Thank you for the clarification. Need one more suggestion .
In the main application form for PR(IMM 0008), there is one question to indicate the number of applicants. I have 2 kids (1 US born and 1 Canada Born).So with me and wife, should i put 4 there or 3?

Or should i put 3 and include additional dependent form for my second kid born in Canada?

I would like to apply Canada-PR.Me and my wife are born in India but my baby is born in US.
I understand that we need to put her details in the PR application.

Please advise if we need to take finger prints (background checks) for the kids(2.5 years old) and born in USA ?
