would anyone help me with this,
im already a permanent resident and I gave birth to a child who is Canadian by birth now, I need to do an extension to my pr and sponsor my husband who is not a permanent resident in Canada, do my Canadian child give me life time PR such as Australia ( commonwealth country law). or what should I do

No,if you are a PR of Canada,then you are a PR of canada only.
Canadian citizens,such as your child,will still have to apply for visator/working visas for commonwealth country's.

No - it won't. If you want to keep your PR status you must meet the residency requirement by living in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years. Having a Canadian citizen child does not exempt you from this rule.
