Hi everyone,

MyCRS score is 456 and I am on my open work permit which will expire in November. I have graduated with in Canada and currently having a Canadian work experience of 2 years. Please give me some insights about the draws cut off and when can I expect my ITA with that score, if not what are my other options.

The last round of invitations had a cut off of 507. This was a general draw. Your score is too low to expect ITA through a general draw. Scores will not drop that low. If IRCC conducts CEC draws, then there's some chance you could be selected. But that may not happen. You should look into PNP programs.

456 is too low for draws before November. If you have maxed out IELTS start applying for eligible PNPs immediately

I have one more question and I am getting mixed answers from different people. Is it possible to extend my open work permit before it expires or do I need get ITA before applying for extension

You are not eligible for an OWP unless you get a LMIA, and then apply for a closed work permit. You need to get AOR after getting ITA to apply for BOWP.
