What do you mean, your COPR ? If you have not landed by the date you needed to complete your initial landing then you would need to start a new PR application.

What I mean is if my spouse or common law partner and dependent child got his / her pr visa and didnt landed in canada and the pr visa is expired. But the principle applicant landed and got the pr.. does my spouse or common law partner and dependent child can re apply again the application to joint the princple in canada as pr or should I sponsor them?

Yes you need to sponsor them again. You must be in Canada to sponsor them and meet your residency requirement.

Actually The spouse and dependent child was not sponsor they just included to the application as accompanying in pnp class they got the pr visa but they did not landed in canada because thier pr visa is expired...what should I do to get them again and join me in canada as pr? Can I sponsor them even though they got their pr visa before but they did not landed in canada...does the new application to get them as pr affect because they did not land before?

No there is no problem you can sponsor them. If you are a PR you need to be in Canada to sponsor and you also need to be meeting your RO.
