I am having my PR application filed 6+ months back with all the required documentation submitted (except biometrics, due to COVID-19 closures).
Meanwhile, my spouse had to travel overseas. and, unfortunately due to some reasons my wife isn't back to Canada yet.
And, Canada VACs are not taking biometrics in her home country at this moment and my spouse hasn't given Biometrics in last 10 years for any Canada Visa category.
The current scenario is, I am being the primary applicant on my PR application, done with my biometrics submission as well within Canada.
Except my spouse's biometrics nothing is pending on my PR application.
Now, the question is,
1. Whether I have to wait and my PR application would go on "Hold" until my spouse would get her biometrics done somehow.
2. Or, Whether it will proceed with some decision, considering Primary Applicant's (My) Biometrics submission alone.
