Hi I’m having trouble uploading photo during PR confirmation.
Whenever I upload one and click next, an error message ‘File did not upload’ shows up.
The response message from webpage’s source code is ‘Unable To Create New Document Due to Case Status’.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any help will be appreciated!
