PR Card

I became a permanent resident in Canada last Jun and I haven't recieved my PR Card yet. and the problem is I applied for PR Card application Form online and it hasn't come and I have to leave Canada in 3 days. Can I apply for Travel Document? and come back to Canada without PR Card??

You should have phoned CIC (search the 1-888 number from this forum or otherwise) if you haven't received.
