Hello Guys

I landed on January 13th and i have travel plans for March 30th. Do you think I will receive my PR card? Has anyone had any issues int he past? What are the alternatives if i dont have a PR Card by then?

It'll be close. Plenty of applicants get their PR card delayed for not meeting the photo specs.

You can return without PR card if you have a PRTD or if you land in the States and drive to Canada in a private vehicle (you can then show your COPR at the border to get through).

How long does PRTD take? I am only going for a weekend

That depends on your VAC - it can take from a few days to a few months.

you can go to anywhere from states if you have a states visa and come back via road without PR card.
