Permanent residence application under the Non express entry provincial nominee program

My (along with the kid) application was submitted online portal to CIC on May.26, 2021.
I called IRCC, they told the details of my cases as below:
2022.08.24 got application number
2022.09.06 eligibility passed
2022.09.07 received pre arrival letter
2022.09.10 medical passed
2022.09.13 finger print completed
2022.10.04 criminality check passed
2022.10.07 security check passed

Everything is passed in my case before Oct.7, 2022, the primary office is oic, the secondary office is osc, I am in Winnipeg. I called IRCC, they told me my application is approved, but still need finalization, but I have been waiting for more than 4 months, no any updates, could you please telle what can I do for the next step, ai called IRCC many times, they can't do anything for me

Congratulations man! Been waiting I sent my picture on Feb 6th and still didn't get from Etobicoke... I must look really ugly LOL but good to see other people are being processed fast there.

Hey everyone, quick question: how long does it usually take for the photo to be approved after IRCC requests it to be updated? I had my picture rejected on Monday (see full timeline below) and sent a new picture on Tuesday, but was wondering how long the new review would usually take? Does anyone have an idea? Much-appreciated

In the PR portal, is it normal that my DOB doesn't show up? I can see the information under UCI, Application Number, Family Name, Given Name, and Case Status, but DOB is empty... The overview is under Permanent residence confirmation cases.
