Hey guys! In late November 2020, IRCC created an account for me on the PR Confirmation portal. Soon after, I uploaded my picture and submitted my address for review. On November 26, 2020, I received my eCoPR. However, my picture is still under review till today and I haven't received my PR Card. I called IRCC and asked about it, and they only told me that IRCC is not committed to finish processing in a specific time due to COVID so they can't help me. I was wondering if anyone else is in this situation, taking them so long to get their PR card after submitting their picture on the PR confirmation portal.
