I called CIC and the representative told me that my pr photo should be retaken. They just sent me a link by email about the photo information and where to send the photo. I have two questions:
1. I am living in the United States. Can I have the photo taken in the United States and send to CIC? Is it a problem?
2. I read some information online, saying the received a red letter from CIC to retake the phone and must appear in person before CIC. However, I've gotten such letter, but only an email letter sent by CIC call center representative. Should I receive a formal letter from CIC, or can I just act on the email sent by call center representative?
