Hello All,

Finally my parents landed today as PR. I wanted to say thankyou to everybody who answered my queries in this journey. My parents were from 2015 batch. I had one last question while giving address for the PR card the spelling of street name got wrong (they missed one alphabet) from the street name but the postal code is correct. Would they be still be able to get the PR card or we need to talk to immigration to get their address updated. I went ahead and changed address online by using their client ID. Is that right way to do an early response will be greatly appreciated.

This is more a Canada Post's problem. As long as the postal code correct, there's a good chances it will arrive normally. I once had a WP send to me with a wrong city but correct postal code. Still arrived no problem.

I had my PR card delivered correctly even when the immigration agent typed the postal code incorrectly. When I called they told me that any corrections to the address would cause the waiting time to reset and I didn't want that, plus they told me that it would most likely arrive, and it did. I would not worry about one letter.
