Thanks for the reply. In terms of the expiration on your older card was it going to expire soon when you applied or did you apply many months before that? Just wondering if the expiring cards are processed faster than those that applied having more than 6 months on their current cards.
My card was expiring on August 4, I applied on July 13 so 3 weeks before expiry!
The reason why i asked is because my card expires Feb 27, i applied July 30. Still dont see anything on PR portal just submitted since. So i was wondering if processing might get delayed if since have enough time on it?
You don’t need to worry as my portal still says submitted and I couldn’t still link my application with GC key it just showed up in my mail one day!
