Hi all,
Is it still possible to submit a paper application to renew the PR card? It seems to say online that you have to fill out the online form? Anyone know for sure?

Yes you can either send paper or submit it Online. Online application are slow and difficult in submission.

Agree that the online process seems to be buggy at best. You can submit a paper application and then track the progress by linking it to your IRCC secure account.
