PR CARD Renewal

Hi!

I am travelling outside of Canada on 20th of July but my PR card has expired. I already sent the file for the renewal but I think it will take some time. Is it possible to fly outside of canada if your PR card is expired?

I know to come back I can apply for a temporary Permit but the issue is going out from here.

Hello, I have applied for my PR card too, but for the last name change. I have sent my file to Sydney office and it arrived on June 1, but I can't even link the paper application online. When did you send it? Were you able to access it online?

Yes, you can leave without a valid PR card.

You need either a valid PR card or a PR Travel Document to return (not a temporary permit).
