So my PR renewal application went for secondary review and after 2 years it still shows in process.
When I call they tell me that the file went from Hamilton to London office now and that no interview, finger print etc is required. During these 2 years they once asked for additional documents which I provided.
Any ideas what's going on and how much longer its going to take.
